Common questions

  • A book won't open or audio won't play. Check your internet connection and try again. Once a book has been opened, it is saved on your device and works offline.
  • I don't see my language. More languages are added as books become available in them. English, Luganda, Kinyarwanda, and Runyankole are available now, with more coming.
  • New books or videos aren't showing. Pull down to refresh the Library or Watch screen, or reopen the app.
  • Is the app free? Yes — completely free, with no account, no ads, and no sign-up.
